테드 러바인(Ted Levine, 1957년 5월 29일 ~ )은 미국의 배우이다.
Frank Theodore Levine is an American actor. He is best known for his role as Jame Gumb, the serial killer "Buffalo Bill" in the film The Silence of the Lambs (1991). He was in the main cast of the television series Monk (2002-2009) as Leland Stottlemeyer.
