스탠리 밀그램(Stanley Milgram, 1933년 8월 15일 ~ 1984년 12월 20일)은 미국의 사회심리학자이다. 하버드 대학교 재직 중 '작은 세상 현상'을, 예일 대학교 재직 중에는 '복종 실험'으로도 불리는 밀그램 실험(Milgram experiment)을 수행해 대단한 사회적 파문을 일으켰다. 1984년 심장마비로 뉴욕에서 사망했다.
