팻시 클라인(Patsy Cline, 본명: 팻시 패터슨 헨슬리, 본명 영어: Virginia Patterson Hensley, 1932년 8월 28일 ~ 1963년 3월 5일)는 미국의 가수이다. 1950년대와 1960년대 사이 내슈빌 사운드의 일익을 담당하면서 팝 음악과 성공적으로 "크로스오버"에 성공했으며 20세기 가장 영향력 있고, 성공했으며, 찬사받은 보컬리스트 중 한 명이다. 매니저 랜디 휴즈의 전용기 추락 사고로 다수의 사상자가 발생한 가운데 30세의 나이에 사망했다.
