프랜시스 클리블랜드(Frances Cleveland, 본명: 프랜시스 클라라 클리블랜드 프레스턴, Frances Clara Cleveland Preston, 폴솜, Folsom, 세례명: 프랭크 클라라, Frank Clara, 1864년 7월 21일 ~ 1947년 10월 29일)는 1886년부터 1889년까지, 그리고 다시 1893년부터 1897년까지 그로버 클리블랜드 대통령의 아내로서 미국의 영부인이었다. 미국 역사상 두 번의 비연속 임기 동안 역할을 수행한 유일한 영부인이다.

Frances Clara Cleveland Preston was the first lady of the United States from 1886 to 1889 and again from 1893 until 1897, as the wife of President Grover Cleveland. She was the first to hold the position nonconsecutively. Having married Cleveland at age 21, she was the youngest first lady in American history.
