숀 저스틴 펜(영어: Sean Justin Penn, 1960년 8월 17일 ~ )은 미국의 배우, 영화 감독, 시나리오 작가이자 정치인이다. 그는 인도주의적 활동을 포함하여 자신의 정치적, 사회적 행동주의자로 알려져 있다. 그는 영화 《미스틱 리버》(2004), 《밀크》(2009), 《원 배틀 애프터 어나더》(2026)로 세 번의 미국 아카데미상을 수상했을 뿐만 아니라 한 번의 골든 글로브상, 영국 아카데미 영화상(BAFTA)과 두 번의 미국 배우 조합상(SAG)를 수상했다.
