샘 엘리엇(Sam Elliott, 1944년 8월 9일 ~ )은 미국의 배우이다. 브래들리 쿠퍼의 《스타 이즈 본》(2018)으로 2018년 제90회 전미 비평가 위원회 남우조연상을 수상하고 2019년 제91회 아카데미상과 제25회 미국 배우 조합상의 남우조연상 후보에 지명되었다. 파라마운트+ 드라마 《1883》(2021-22)을 통해 2023년 제29회 미국 배우 조합상 TV 영화·미니시리즈 부문 남우주연상을 받았다.
