그리스와 덴마크의 왕자 콘스탄티노스알렉시오스(그리스어: Κωνσταντίνο Αλέξιο, 1998년 10월 29일 ~ )는 비재위 그리스 왕가의 일원이다. 그리스 왕세자 파블로스와 그리스 왕세자빈 마리샹탈의 장남으로 추기에 아버지의 역할을 계승한 것으로 보인다. 그는 그리스의 마지막 왕이었던 콘스탄티노스 2세와 덴마크의 아네마리의 손자이다.

Prince Constantine-Alexios of Greece and Denmark is a Greek painter, sculptor, and member of the former Greek royal family. He is the eldest son and second child of Crown Prince Pavlos and Crown Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece.
