폴 마이클 로머(영어: Paul Michael Romer, 1955년 11월 7일 ~ )는 미국의 경제학자이자 뉴욕 대학교의 교수다. 내생적 성장이론의 선구자로, 기술 혁신이 장기 거시경제에 미치는 영향을 연구한 공로로 2018년에 윌리엄 노드하우스와 함께 노벨 경제학상을 받았다.
Paul Michael Romer is an American economist and policy entrepreneur who is a Seidner University Professor in Finance at Boston College. Romer is best known as the former Chief Economist of the World Bank and for co-receiving the 2018 Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences for his work in endogenous growth theory. He also coined the term "mathiness," which he describes as misuse of mathematics in economic research.
