매튜 폰테인 모리(Matthew Fontaine Maury, 1806년 1월 14일 – 1873년 2월 1일)는 미국의 해양학자이자 해군 장교로, 미국을 위해 복무한 뒤 남북 전쟁 중 아메리카 연합국 해군에 합류했다.
