메리 에인스워스(Mary Dinsmore Ainsworth[eɪnswɜːrθ], 결혼전 성 Salter / 1913년 12월 1일 – 1999년 3월 21일)는 애착 이론(attachment theory)의 발전에 대한 연구로 유명한 미국-캐나다 발달 심리학자였다. 그녀는 아이와 일차 보호자 사이의 초기 감정적 애착을 관찰하기 위해 낯선 상황 절차(Strange Situation Procedure)를 설계했다.
