존 듀이(John Dewey, 1859년 10월 20일 ~ 1952년 6월 1일)는 미국의 철학자, 심리학자, 교육학자이다. 듀이는 미국인 최초로 자신이 직접 저술한 제목의 심리학 교과서를 출간하였다. 그는 기능심리학을 주창하였으며, 미국의 학교 제도에 막대한 영향을 준 진보주의를 이끌었고, 자유주의를 지지하였다.
