제인 맨스필드(영어: Jayne Mansfield, 1933년 4월 19일 ~ 1967년 6월 29일)는 미국의 배우이다. 브로드웨이와 할리우드에서 활동하였으며, 1950년~1960년대의 육체파 배우로 마릴린 먼로나 소피아 로렌과 비교되며, 먼로보다는 약간 늦은 시기에 데뷔하여 활동했다.
