에스테르 뒤플로(프랑스어: Esther Duflo, 프랑스어: [dyflo], 1972년 10월 25일 ~ )는 프랑스의 경제학자이다. 2019년에 지구촌의 빈곤 문제를 경감하기 위한 실험적 접근과 연구를 한 공로로 아브히지트 바네르지, 마이클 크레이머와 함께 노벨 경제학상을 수상했다.
Esther Caroline Duflo, FBA is a French-American economist currently serving as the Abdul Latif Jameel Professor of Poverty Alleviation and Development Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In 2019, she was jointly awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences alongside her husband Abhijit Banerjee and Michael Kremer "for their experimental approach to alleviating global poverty".
