더스틴 리 호프먼(영어: Dustin Lee Hoffman, 1937년 8월 8일 ~ )은 미국의 배우이다. 두 번의 미국 아카데미상과 세 번의 영국 아카데미상 (BAFTA), 여섯 번의 골든 글로브상을 수상한 경력이 있다.

Dustin Lee Hoffman is an American actor and filmmaker. As one of the key leading man actors in the formation of New Hollywood, Hoffman is known for his versatile portrayals of antiheroes and emotionally vulnerable characters. Among his numerous accolades are two Academy Awards, four BAFTA Awards, five Golden Globe Awards, and two Primetime Emmy Awards as well as a nomination for a Tony Award. He was honored with the Cecil B. DeMille Award in 1997, the AFI Life Achievement Award in 1999, and the Kennedy Center Honors Award in 2012.
