데미 진 가인스(영어: Demi Gene Guynes, 1962년 11월 11일~)는 데미 무어(영어: Demi Moore)라는 이름으로 활동하는 미국의 배우, 영화 제작자, 모델이다. 1962년 미국 뉴멕시코주에서 태어났으며 페어펙스 고등학교를 졸업하였다. 1981년 《선택》을 통해 데뷔하였으며, 1990년 《사랑과 영혼》의 몰리 역을 통해 유명세를 얻으고 스타 배우가 되었다. 1997년 《G.I. 제인》에서 여자 군인 역할을 보여주었다. 이 때 머리를 완전히 깎은 모습으로 등장했다. 2005년 9월에는 16살 연하의 애슈턴 커처와 결혼하였다. 2009년 9월 결혼 기념일을 앞둔 날에 성씨를 바꿨다. 2011년 10월 이들이 이혼했다.
