신시아 앤 스테퍼니 "신디" 로퍼(영어: Cynthia Ann Stephanie "Cyndi" Lauper, 1953년 6월 22일 ~ )는 미국의 싱어송라이터, 배우, 사회운동가이다. 1983년 발표한 첫 정규 앨범 《She's So Unusual》을 통해 한 앨범에서 싱글 4개를 빌보드 핫 100 5위권 내에 진입시킨 첫 여성 음악가가 되었다. 2023년까지 11개의 정규 앨범과 53개의 싱글을 냈으며, 2023년 기준으로 미국 내에서만 앨범을 850만 장 이상 판매했다.
