찰스 윌리엄 찰리 바크먼(Charles William "Charlie" Bachman, 1924년 12월 11일 ~ 2017년 7월 13일)은 미국의 컴퓨터 과학자이다. 그는 특히 데이터베이스 분야에서 이룩한 공로로 잘 알려져 있다.
Charles William Bachman III was an American computer scientist, who spent his entire career as an industrial researcher, developer, and manager rather than in academia. He was particularly known for his work in the early development of database management systems. His techniques of layered architecture include his namesake Bachman diagrams. He won the 1973 ACM Turing Award.
