셀리아 크루즈(Celia Cruz, 본명: Úrsula Hilaria Celia de la Caridad Cruz Alfonso, 1925년 10월 21일 ~ 2003년 7월 16일)는 쿠바계 미국인 가수이자 20세기 가장 대중적인 라틴계 아티스트들 가운데 한 명이다. 크루즈는 1950년대에 쿠마에서 구아라차의 가수로서 "La Guarachera de Cuba"라는 별칭으로 명성을 얻었다. 이후 여러 해에 걸쳐 미국 내 라틴 음악에 기여한 공로로 인해 국제적으로 살사의 여왕(Queen of Salsa)이라는 별명을 얻었다.

Cruz rose to fame in Cuba during the 1950s as a singer of guarachas, earning the nickname La Guarachera de Cuba.
